Alpina produces individually hand-built vehicles based on BMW platforms, already tuned beyond standard factory output. Despite this, Alpina ECUs still contain programmable reserves — particularly in diesel variants and models where power is restricted for market segmentation.
Alpina D3, D5 and D5 S diesel models with the B57 engine respond well to Stage 1 optimization, with torque gains of +40–60 Nm achievable. Alpina petrol models require careful calibration due to their already high boost targets, but tailored remapping can still yield measurable improvements.
Alpina tuning requires specialist knowledge and equipment. Our technicians have extensive experience with Alpina-specific ECU variants. All work is fully reversible. We recommend combining ECU tuning with a fresh service for best results.
