Citroën's PSA Group engines — particularly the 1.2 PureTech, 1.5 BlueHDi and 2.0 BlueHDi — are proven tuning platforms shared across Peugeot, Opel and DS models. The sophisticated PSA engine management system responds consistently to professional remapping.
The Citroën C5 Aircross with 1.5 BlueHDi 130 is a strong diesel tuning candidate, delivering +35–50 Nm and +20–30 hp in Stage 1. The 2.0 BlueHDi 180 responds even more strongly, with gains of +50–70 Nm achievable. Petrol PureTech engines also benefit from ECU optimization.
Citroën ECU tuning is carried out via OBD port on all modern PSA Group models. Older models may require ECU removal for bench tuning. All maps are fully reversible to factory specification.
