Isuzu is renowned for diesel engine excellence. The 1.9 DDiH and 3.0 DDiH engines in the D-Max and MU-X are purpose-built for demanding applications and respond well to ECU optimization for improved towing performance and fuel efficiency.
The Isuzu D-Max with 3.0 DDiH diesel is a particularly strong tuning candidate. Stage 1 typically delivers +50–70 Nm of additional torque — a meaningful improvement for heavy towing applications. The 1.9 DDiH also responds well with +35–50 Nm achievable.
Isuzu ECU tuning is performed via OBD port. We specialize in towing-focused calibration for pickup truck applications. All maps are fully reversible and maintain Isuzu's characteristic reliability.
