Opel (Vauxhall in the UK, now part of Stellantis) uses PSA and GM-derived engines that are well-established tuning platforms. The 1.2 PureTech, 1.5D and 2.0D engines across the Astra and Insignia, plus the 2.0T in the Insignia GSi, are the strongest candidates.
The Opel Insignia GSi with 2.0T 260 PS responds to Stage 1 with +40–60 Nm. The Astra with 1.4T and 1.6T delivers +30–45 Nm. Diesel models across the Astra, Insignia and Mokka with 1.5D and 2.0D respond with +35–55 Nm. Excellent value tuning across the complete Opel range.
Opel ECU tuning is performed via OBD port for all modern models. PSA-family engines use the same tools as Peugeot and Citroën. All calibrations are fully reversible.
