Volvo's Drive-E engine family — the 2.0T, T5, T6 and D4/D5 — is an excellent ECU tuning platform developed with Polestar and shared across the complete Volvo lineup. Every Drive-E model responds to Stage 1 with meaningful, consistent improvements.
The Volvo XC60 and V90 with B4/B5 engine respond to Stage 1 with +35–55 Nm. The T6 AWD models deliver +45–65 Nm. The V60 Polestar Engineered with 2.0T responds to Stage 1 with +40–60 Nm. Diesel D4/D5 models also deliver strong results.
Volvo ECU tuning is performed via OBD port. Polestar-calibrated models respond even to Stage 1 due to the factory's conservative emissions calibration. All calibrations preserve City Safety and SENSUS systems. Fully reversible.
